Using CINCINNATI's Advanced Laser Nesting Engine, 36 parts can be cut from that same single sheet. CINCINNATI Laser Nesting allows programmers to assign grain direction to assure proper orientation on the sheet. Active nesting is able to nest more parts and provide better material utilization. The Laser Nesting package allows smaller parts to be nested in cutouts in larger parts. Advanced Laser Nesting increases material utilization by reducing the amount of scrap in the skeleton.
